The novel is about a possible contact with Aliens, as it has never been told before. This unexpectantly opens the door to a series of epochal changes for mankind, at every level, and each human being will be asked to come up with his personal answer. But who are these Aliens, really, and what do they want from us? The Reader is taken by hand and brought through the discovery of these answers and of the way the choices made by the characters are directed to the only possible priority: to guarantee mankind's future.
The Ambassadors came to visit us from far away to warn us of a impending danger, but what is the danger? And who is in danger?
The team of scientists called to face the Aliens will have to find the answer to these questions in order to give a chance to our Planet to continue on its path of development in freedom. They will discover the existance of a Galaxy divided between two government systems in opposition to one another.
The Federation of the Quadrants and the Empire, two systems that do not share the same laws and find themselves in a growing contrast, only political for now, to acquire new spheres of influence. At this precise moment in history, the Empire's military power is stronger than the Federation's and the Empire wants to take possession of new areas rich in raw materials that are need for their development. Without any qualms about the other inhabitants of the Galaxy, the Empire decides to take what they need to grow and to become the only possible form of power in the known Galaxy, and our small Planet finds unexpectedly at the core of the clash.
This novel marks the return to the classic sci-fi: as real as possible. The reading will satisfy the fans of this genre, taking them into the events of domestic and galactic politics. The characters are realistic and fit perfectly in the present political situation, showing a situation hard to believe it is fruit of imagination.
